How would a denim sofa wear compared to a leather sofa? Which would stand up to a busy household?

Leather is going to be the better all around material in this case. Make sure it is a protected leather. Protected leather also called pigmented leather will last for years. It takes longer to get dirty, and cleans up much easier. Denim will tend to get dirty faster and can have a number of problems when cleaning. A lot of times the colors will bleed real easy. It can also brown out fairly easily as it is made of cotton. If I were to purchase one or the other for a busy household, I would choose the leather.

Can you clean my upholstery when I am at work?

Yes, of course. We can arrange for a way to get the keys to your house and clean while you are at work. We will collect the keys, do the job and then return the keys to an agreed upon location.

How long will it take my upholstery to dry out after the service?

Normally your upholstery will be dry in about 3-4 hours after completion of the cleaning service.

However in some cases where extensive treatment due to a heavily stained fabric has been provided the drying process may take longer than 3-4 hours.

What happens if I am dissatisfied with the cleaning service?

In the unlikely event of dissatisfaction with the upholstery cleaning services A Rose 4U will re-do the job free of charge. In order to solve properly any issue related to poor quality service we need to receive feedback as soon as any problems occur and no later than 48 hours.
